Suka
Age: Two Springs
Gender: Female
Breed: Arctic/ Timber mix
Pack: River Rapids
Rank: Omega
Physical Description:
Large for her gender, but really not for her breed, most first notice how tall Suka is and how incredibly wide her paws are. Her fur is softer and thicker than most others', which only adds to how big she looks. She has very little problem staying warm and cozy during the winter months - even when she's running through a blizzard! She was born with fur as white as snow, and her deep, golden eyes give her a lot of personality. Besides all of that, her ears are very small, because where she comes from, you don't need another way to get rid of heat.
Personality:
You'll probably first notice about Suka that she likes to get into things with her nose. Her way of nuzzling is rubbing nose-to-nose or even bumping you under the chin with her muzzle, which in the wolf world is usually only done to the Alpha for respect. Her bright, cute face is a mirror to her persona, as she is nothing but sweet and kind to others and quite on the eccentric side. Suka is, however, a bit of a jumpy character, as the slightest random rustle of the wind will get her twitching with surprise. Loud noises make her uncomfortable, as well, but fortunately the Moonlit Meadows Utopia is a rather peaceful place.
The joy of life can be found within Suka, as her passion is simply guided into her positive perspectives, despite what's she's been through in her life. Some might think she's faking it half the time, and truth be told, it's no wonder they do, because she almost never has a negative word for anyone, and that's just plain impossible. Wouldn't you think so?

History:
Suka came from a place that's thousands of miles away, where there's rarely ever a break from the deep snow and the water is never warmer than twenty degrees. There, her family thrived on the edge of that barren wilderness, intermingling with the snowy plateaus and the mountains. They hunted walruses, elk, smaller predators, fish, and many other exotic animals. Those are the few things she remembers about her puphood, as she had been captured by humans and taken away in terribly loud machines, getting poked and prodded and forced to fall asleep by shiny twigs. She was just a pup then, and was taken into a research lab just a few hundred miles north of the Utopia. There, she grew and lived until she was about a year old, and though was growing accustomed to her new way of life, she never took a liking to it. They even had a strange piece attached to her ear, that dangled and ached and irritated her.
Around that time, a fire broke out within the lab, and the human researchers struggled to save all the animals they could. They opened the latches to the cages outside and set the animals free, in hopes that they could track and locate them later on. Suka's cage was opened as well, and she found herself chaoticly running far away from that place, fearful of her new warmer surroundings and the strangeness they held. The piece on her ear still dangled there conpicuously.
As she ran, she encountered some of the other wolves that had been in cages nearby. They recognized her, and offered her to travel with them back to the north. They had gone this far but their instincts were telling them to turn back around. Suka rejected the offer when a gut feeling had her backing away and continuining south, farther from the humans, their cages, and their stale meats. In the heat of the moment, one of the wolves chased after her and snapped at her ear, in turn, ripping off the plastic piece that had been pierced inside.
With a painful nick in her ear, Suka traveled for a few weeks, nonstop. She passed through a desert, where the heat was almost too unbareable to continue on. But she did, and she found herself at a canyon, where there was no water or trees to welcome her. On the other side, though, she could see and smell the greenery, a mountain in the far distance... After days of following the canyon's edge, she finally found a crossing, and made it into the Utopia, where she stumbled upon the River Rapids pack. She was surprised at how eagerly they accepted her into their ranks, and though she was still afraid of being found by the humans, she felt safe with this new family and grew fond of them. Now, she's been with them for several months, and has already found her calling as one who heals and cures and nutures...
